Our experience with Window Perfections was perfection! We had two windows removed and replaced with one window in our bathroom, and when the crew was finished the bathroom ws spotless and from the outside the siding was done so well you couldn't tell anything had happened! They even searched and found the one supplier that had the exact siding, even though the house was built in 1999. They went above and beyond for us and they will for you too.

We have been quite happy with our windows! It was an amazing experience having them installed: the workers were all very respectful, efficient, and clean. In fact, they left the place cleaner than when they arrived! It was wonderfully effortless for us. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

We had a local box company put windows and door in ten year ago thinking we wouldn’t need to replace them . Unfortunately they were lousy . We met Jacob at a craft show and we shared with him our problems and he promised that he had great windows snd door that would solve it. We hesitated but we gave in. He came to our home showed us the windows and the price but promised it will make our home more valuable and a great investment. Then we met the installer, we were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. The way they finished each step of the installation and detail to everything was amazing. They worked very well together. They were very polite and respectful of us snd our property. I give Jacob snd the boys a 10 . One last thing, THANk YOU to everyone who made it possible taking care of our home snd making last minute changes. I’ll recommend Window Perfection to everyone ! A #10 yo everyone !

The windows took longer to be delivered than expected but the quality seems great. No longer feel any drafts. I absolutely love the look of them. The installers were very professional, respectful of our property, and took pride in the quality of work they did. They were very accommodating with the children and animals. I would and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Mark and the team at Window Perfections put in four 94 x 54 windows in our family room. From the first time we met his team we were impressed. They take the time to listen to what you want and then make recommendations. They aren't in a hurry and don't pressure you into a sale. They want you to be happy with the end product- and we certainly were!! The two guys that installed the windows could not have been nicer and they did an excellent job- when they completed all four and cleaned up you would never know they were even there. They had everything cleaned up and even contact me prior to leaving to see if I had any questions (I was at work).
Mark came by today and took some pictures and spent more time checking the windows and making certain we were satisfied with the work. We love our windows and highly recommend Window Perfections. We have more windows to replace and they will be the company we will use.

I had an outstanding experience every step of the way with Window Perfections!! I HIGHLY recommend you speak with Mark. He is a straight shooter and everything he told me unfolded afterward exactly as he originally said. His installation team was incredibly professional and treated my home with the utmost respect.
I am writing this review six months after replacing all of the original windows on the first floor of my 1960s ranch home. The energy savings were felt even before they finished the two-day job. The project occurred during an early-August heat wave, and the cooling that my home experienced was noticeable that same day. These Okna brand windows blocked out the heat of the sun from ratcheting up the temperature in every room of my home. For the remainder of August and September, I turned on my AC a lot less often than I expected because the inside of the house was very comfortable.
More importantly, the wintertime energy savings were even more apparent. My heating bill from Dec. 2024 was slightly lower than the one from Dec. 2023 -- despite it being an average of 7 degrees colder in 2024 and a rate increase from my natural gas supplier. Mind-blowing!!
Other major benefits I've noticed over the last six months is a significant reduction in road noise (I live near a heavily trafficked road in State College) and other outside sounds. Plus, I think they just plain look nicer and are far easier to maneuver than other vinyl windows I've seen in other homes. Ignore the reputation vinyl has, these are premium windows!
Once again, I can't recommend Window Perfections enough. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you are looking to upgrade your home.

Jacob, came to our home to explain and give estimate is the best, he by far knows what he is talking about. For such a young man just starting out he is knowledgeable and believes in this product. He could not have been any nicer to us, and very friendly. I am glad that we chose Window Perfections, and I would tell anyone that is looking for windows to give them a call.

We just had windows installed throughout our one level home. The experience was great right from the beginning from talking to a salesperson, to Mark who provided an estimate, to Brian and his crew, Kenny, Jim and Dom who completed the installation. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable and made the process less painful than it could've been. Brian and crew were very respectful and carried out the promise of leaving both windows and areas around them clean. I highly recommend this company and their high-quality windows.

We are very pleased with their work. The craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. When they left for the day, they cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t have known they were here.
As for the windows themselves, it was well worth the investment. Right away, we could tell the difference in temperature and sound.

Window Perfections recently replaced double windows in our kitchen with a beautiful sliding glass door. The process was simple from start to finish. Mark helped us pick out the door, and then two of his crew members came the next day to measure the space. Bonnie was very helpful with scheduling and working around competing projects. The day of the door installation was seamless. The crew removed the windows and replaced the door the same day. They were extremely kind, efficient, and left our house cleaner than they found it. A job well done!

Got a quote last week. Sales representative was excellent. Great product knowledge. Products offered seemed very good. Prices seemed fair. Before you buy, it’s worth the time to hear and see what they have to offer. I didn’t purchase the windows quoted because turn around time was outside of my timeframe for the job quoted, but I’m most likely going to purchase windows from them on my next build in 2024. The sliding doors are very impressive. Check them out.

They have a great product and have an absolutely great team to work with! It started with Caleb, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We then worked with Bonnie, who did a great job on getting us scheduled in a timely fashion. Lastly the installers, Brian and Kenny, did an awesome job. They wouldn't even come in our home with their shoes on until they had placed drop cloths down everywhere. The installation only took a few hours, but afterward, you wouldn't have even known they were here. They cleaned up so well that there wasn't dust or debris found anywhere (inside or outside)!
I'm telling you, Mark has a wonderful staff working for him and a great product. We are DEFINITELY looking forward to working with them in the future to replace the rest of our windows!

I would HIGHLY recommend Window Perfections to anyone considering window replacement or new windows for their home.
